These terms govern access to Infnx, including account use, market integrations, analytics, strategy tooling, portfolio visibility, and approval-based trading workflows.

Connected execution

The platform can connect to Binance and Alpaca credentials to support market data, portfolio sync, and order workflows.

Decision-support tooling

AI signals, strategy builder, backtesting, analytics, and social sentiment are designed to support decisions, not guarantee outcomes.

User-controlled risk

Risk settings, approval flows, and account permissions are configurable, but the user remains responsible for how the account is used.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, including linked exchange or broker connections.
You must protect passwords, API credentials, and any device or browser session used to access the platform.

What the platform does

Infnx provides market views, AI signal summaries, strategy authoring, backtesting, portfolio views, watchlists, order tracking, and related operational tools.
Some features rely on third-party infrastructure such as Binance, Alpaca, email delivery providers, and cloud media storage.
Availability of market data, account sync, and order lifecycle updates depends in part on those third-party services and their rate limits, connectivity, and operational status.

Execution and external dependencies

When you submit an order or enable any approval-based trading workflow, the actual execution remains subject to exchange, broker, symbol, liquidity, and venue-specific rules.
Order validation, protective orders, quantity normalization, and position calculations are best-effort platform functions and can still be affected by market-side constraints.
The platform may reject, delay, or cancel workflows when credentials are invalid, permissions are missing, limits are hit, or data needed for safe execution is unavailable.

Risk and no performance guarantee

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Signals, backtests, confidence scores, analytics, and portfolio estimates are informational outputs and are not guarantees of profitability, accuracy, or suitability.
Past performance, simulated performance, and historical replay results do not guarantee future results.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use the service in violation of law.
You may not use another person’s credentials, attempt to bypass role restrictions, or intentionally overload connected systems or APIs.
We may suspend or restrict access when misuse, security risk, or policy violations are detected.

Data, logs, and service records

The platform stores operational records such as account activity logs, system events, watchlists, strategy definitions, notification preferences, and order-related metadata needed for the product to function.
These records may be used to provide audit trails, security review, system monitoring, and product support.
You remain responsible for reviewing your own trading, execution, and risk posture rather than relying solely on platform notifications or summaries.

Availability, changes, and limitation

Features may change, be limited, or be removed as the platform evolves.
The service is provided on an as-available basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Infnx is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, delayed market data, external service outages, or indirect damages arising from platform use.
